CeraLive has a Discord server where you can get help, see what’s new, and talk to other people running the device.
Join the server
Section titled “Join the server”The invite doesn’t expire, so you can share it with anyone setting up a device.
What’s there
Section titled “What’s there”- Support forums. Post a question and tag it with what it’s about — device, network, modem, capture, streaming, or UI. Search first; someone may have already solved it.
- Release updates. New software versions post automatically as they ship, so you always know what’s new before you update.
- A Spanish-language section. Announcements and a dedicated question channel in Spanish, for streamers who prefer to read and ask in Spanish.
- A weekly development digest. A short summary of what shipped in the past week, if you want to follow along with development.
Get help effectively
Section titled “Get help effectively”When you open a support post, include:
- Your hardware — which board you’re using.
- Your CeraLive version — find it under Settings.
- What you were doing — the steps that led to the problem.
- What happened — the exact behavior or error you saw.
- Logs, if you have them — see System settings and updates for how to download them. Paste log text directly rather than a screenshot of it — it’s easier to search and copy from.
The more of this you include up front, the faster you’ll get a useful answer.
